Original documents that have been typed oversees should be recognized in the consulates in the country which they were produced (wherever there is a Brazilian Diplomatic Representation) and, whenever necessary, a sworn translation should be procured.

The same situation applies to documents issued in Brazil that require a valid legal bearing oversees. Such documents need to be legalized/consul approved by the Ministry of Foreign Relation -MRE (Itamaraty). After this process, it will need to be recognized by the consulate of the destination country.
